Terms of Service

  • All tickets will incur a minimum service/assessment fee of $25. The service fee applies if a quote is rejected, or a device is deemed irreparable.
  •  

  • Please keep your job card, receipt, or email for collection. If you are unable to provide these, you will need to provide Photo Identification matching the name on the ticket.
  •  

  • Water Damaged device recovery is for DATA RECOVERY ONLY. While the device may function in part or in whole after recovery, we offer no warranty on the function of the device itself, and expect that it may progressively fail over time. Please be aware even if the device is fully functional, we advise you seek a replacement.
  •  

  • Correct Pin/Passcode/Pattern is required for testing both pre and post repair. If you are unable or refuse to provide this, we deem the device as DOA.
  •  

  • Devices considered DOA (Dead on Arrival) cannot be tested in full prior to repair. This means that we cannot guarantee or confirm any function as working. Unfortunately, we cannot accept that a particular function was “working before” if we were unable to specifically test it ourselves.
  •  

  • Functions unrelated to the repair that are found to be non functional pre/post repair, especially in the case of failure to provide Correct Pin/Passcode/Pattern, may incur additional costs, and require additional time to rectify.
  •  

  • All services include a 3 Month Warranty. Warranty covers our services and parts, however is void in the event of any physical damage. Warranty may also be void in the event of 3rd party intervention, which has resulted in damage. Warranty does not cover any parts unrelated to the repair performed, and is NOT INSURANCE. Please be aware that physical / user damage to a device, or any parts replaced by us, will not be covered by warranty no matter how recent the service provided was.
