The store presentation was excellent, service from the young girl was friendly and helpful as well as the tech who came and spoke to me about my repair afterwords. Price was what most other stores were offering but i choose these guys because of the professionalism and i'm glad I did. Ill be back for future repairs and ill be recommending them to family/friends. Thanks again guys!!Matt H10:16 06 Feb 20These guys are probably the best bet to sort your phone issues in Geelong. They sorted a charging port for me when noone in Melbourne could. I'd say they're mostly honest too....Just their prices have gone up a lot...$120 to change a charging port or battery is pretty extorniate, for what's like 20mins of their time for a $12 part. One girl working there also gave me a quote to replace a phone battery, but then wouldn't do it when I came back after driving an hour to get there. If you can't do something, why can't you say so the first time? Finally, they ask for access into your phone when changing batteries or anything else. This is pretty suspect, I've never had that from another phone shop. Keep your phone locked and don't do this to protect your personal info and data, as your life is on your phone.John Andrew Balandra00:31 25 Jan 20Very happy with the outcome of the repair. I am a mail-in client from Sydney. I had the dreaded audio chip issue on my beloved IP7+. Bill resurrected it in its former glory. They replaced the chip and installed 4 jumpers for pre-caution. I had similar repairs done before on another device but when returned, it has dust specks in the underside of the screen. Not with this one - everything is tight and clean! That is what you get when you have the right people and the right equipment doing the job. Service was pretty quick too - they got my phone Friday and it was back on my hands by Wednesday. The parcel package was also second to none. The phone was wrapped in a bubble wrap pouch then wrapped in a meter of bubble wrap sheet. Then in a box with styrofoam pellet cushions. The box itself was taped pretty well - I had to use a box cutter to open it.😎 overall, very very impressed. I mailed in my phone to them for repair and they were great in terms of their communications and invoicing and made everything a lot easier than I thought it would be. They express shipped my phone back to me (with a tracking number) in two days after repair and included some sweets in the package, which was definitely a nice surprise haha! Other Geelong repairers couldn't or didn't want to source a new one.Bill got me one within a day.Dropped it in at lunch time could have had it back that night. Got it next day and Bill explained that there didn't appear to be too much difference in old and new one. Said if I wasn't happy after recharging it 3 times to come back and he would investigate it. Liked that by putting in my repair number on his website, I was able to find out when repair was ready.I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. Thanks so much for saving my life!Steve Kranjc04:58 08 Jun 18I initially went to A One to get a good quality plastic screen protector on my new S9+. I was told that they had no plastic protectors available, but had a good quality tempered glass protector which they have had no complaints about. I immediately had issues with lack of touch sensitivity and found out that this was a common problem. When I returned the gentleman agreed that this was the case and offered to replace the protector with a good plastic one that they now had in stock with no price difference. I accepted this and thought that at least I had what I was initially after,but after 2 days the edges started to lift. When I returned again I was told by the lady there that it was normal to lift on screens with rounded edges. I was not offered a refund, only another replacement at "a discounted price ". I believe that the service offered is excellent value for money and I have been provided much time and information without charge. I have also never felt patronised, despite being largely IT illiterate, and everyone is very patient. I would thoroughly recommend this business.
