Due to the recent restrictions surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have launched a Non-Contact service for Geelong and surrounding areas.


We can now collect your mobile device (phone, tablet, etc) from your home, and deliver it back to you once it’s repaired.


How does it work?



Booking Widget

Choose your repair(s).

Select your device using the widget below.


Tick the appropriate repair box(es) for your device. A repair estimate will be provided.



Select Non-Contact Device Pickup

Choose a Time Slot

Choose the Pickup Option, and choose a date/time slot that suits you.

You will be asked for your details. Please provide as much information as you can.

Once we receive your information, we will call you to confirm.



Non-Contact Device Repair Collection

We collect your device(s)

When we arrive, we will call you and ask you to place your device(s) in an accessible location (mailbox, front porch, etc). We will then collect your device(s) and place them in an airtight pouch. A business card will be left in place of your device(s), with your Ticket Number attached.

We perform the Repair


We repair your device off-site, where we have all the available parts and equipment.


We know you need your devices back ASAP. We will do our best to complete the repair as soon as possible. Our typical turnaround is 24 hours, although some repairs are completed and returned same day.

Your Device is Returned


Your device will be disinfected before and after repair, and returned to you in a similar airtight pouch.


We will call you when your repair is completed, to confirm a drop-off time.


Credit Card Payment over the phone.

Payment Information

Upon completion of your repair, you can pay with the following methods:

  • Phone Payment (Preferred) – We can accept payment over the phone with a Visa/Mastercard Credit/Debit Card. We do not store these details.
  • PayPal – We can email you a PayPal Invoice. You can pay this using a PayPal account, or as a guest, using a Visa/Mastercard Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal funds.
  • Cash – We can accept cash on delivery, however, we cannot provide change. Please be sure you have the correct amount for your repair. Your cash will be placed in a sealed container, and disinfected before re-entering circulation.

All of our repairs come backed by a Minimum 3 Month Warranty.

We stand by our services and techniques, and perform all repairs with longevity in mind. We use the highest quality parts and components we can obtain, to restore your device to as close to its original manufactured state as possible (or better).
