Our Repair Process - Easy as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1
Contact us to get a quote, or arrange to get the repair started. We'll do our best to assess the repair over the phone and give you a quote on what the repair might cost. If that's all OK, we'll lodge the repair and give you a reference number.
Step 2
Post your phone to the store and ensure you write the reference number in the address "to" area, like this -- A One Mobiles (Ref: XXXX). Once we've received the phone we'll give you a call to let you know. Alternatively, we could arrange with a local courier to pick-up your phone for you.
Step 3
We'll do the repair and post your phone back out you.
It's that easy!
